The Facility Calendar shows you the availability of the Room and Picnic Area.  You may submit your request to reserve either area by using the calendar.

The Picnic Area is available for BSSC Members to reserve.  More information is available here.

The Community Room is available for rental.  Rates are available here.  If you are a non-BSCA member, a sponsoring BSCA member is required. Please note your request submission does not constitute an agreement. You will be contacted to discuss and confirm your reservation.
