For BSCA Members

BSCA Members must reside in the Burke Station Square Community and be up-to-date with the yearly assessments. Renters of BSCA properties are eligible for this rate provided their landlord is up-to-date with assessments. These fees are available for BSCA Members until 4/30/2026. Starting May 1st, the Regular Member rate applies. Seniors (60+): Enter code SENIOR25 at checkout to receive your 25% discount. The Senior discount is applicable to Individual or Self+1 options only. The discount CANNOT be used on Family Memberships. Please reach out to bssc.deirdre@gmail.com if you are unsure if you are eligible to use the senior discount.
