Snack Window Credit

This season the Snack Window will be cashless.  Purchases will be made using pre-loaded credits on your Member account.

Important Things to Know about Snack Window Credits:

• Unused credits will not expire and will roll over to subsequent seasons. 
• Purchases at the window are not refundable. Please discuss with your family members if they are allowed to purchase items for others.
• The Last name on the Account is needed to make the window purchase.  Please make sure young children can provide the name to the guards.  Otherwise, please accompany your children to the window.
• Guards cannot accept cash or check for purchases or to add credits to your account.
• Accounts with negative balances will be invoiced for the unpaid amounts on a bi-weekly basis. Large unpaid balances may result in suspension of snack window privileges or more.

Snack Window Offerings

The Snack Window will offer a variety of snacks, candies, frozen treats and drinks.  The inventory is subject to change throughout the season based on availability and popularity.  Proceeds from the sale of frozen treats will go to the Swim Team.

The window is only open during the break and only at the following times each day.

1:45                 4:45

2:45                 5:45

3:45                 6:45

Rentals and Events in the Community Room will close the Window.  The window will not be available during Swim Club events unless otherwise noted.
